Candice is a professional actress and voice over artist. She has featured in numerous local and international commercials and films, most recently acting with Carice van Houten and Rutger Hauer in “Black Butterflies”, a film about South African poet Ingrid Jonker, and Sienna Miller in “The Girl”, which looks at Alfred Hitchcock’s relationship with Tippi Hedren.
She is a senior member of ImproGuise, being part of the team since 2003.
Candice has her Honours degree in Drama from WITS and is currently completing an Honours degree in English Literature part-time.
In 2010, Candice won the Fleur du Cap Award “Best Performance in a Cabaret or Revue” for the Country and Western Cabaret “Angels on Horseback” which she also co-wrote and produced.
Besides all this, she says her most challenging role to date is that of mother to her daughter Kaliya, her greatest teacher and her biggest fan.
